We are pleased to inform our clients who are challenging the 1999 Suffolk County Police Examination that all briefs have been filed with respect to our appeal pending in the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.  Oral argument was conducted on June 1, 2001.  

We now await a decision from the Second Circuit, determining whether the action will be remanded for further proceedings, or will be dismissed.
